Each dossier separates the provider's brand from its named legal entities. Company numbers, jurisdictions and the relationship described in the source stay with the relevant entity.

Addresses retain their purpose: a registered office, a complaints address and an address for contractual notices can be different. Match the entity and purpose to the correspondence you are preparing.

A record should lead back to its source.

Address and contact records link to the documents used: provider agreements, legal notices, complaints policies and official company or LEI records. The source ledger records the publisher, exact link, consultation date and available document dates.

The fact appears in the cited source. This does not establish independent corroboration.

Corroborated

The cited sources agree on this particular fact.

Conflicting

Sources give different information. Both the discrepancy and the unresolved point remain visible.

Historical or incomplete

The record concerns an earlier period, or part of the information has not been established.

A source accessed through an indexed extract or a shared site footer is identified as such in its access notes.

Each date answers a different question.

Authorisation or decision date

When the authority granted a permission or made the decision described. A passport start date can have a different meaning and is labelled separately.

Source date

When a document took effect, was published or changed, where that information is available.

Consulted

When the cited material was reviewed for the dossier.

Report date

When the PDF was prepared. Exporting a report does not refresh its underlying sources.

Permissions belong to an entity and a jurisdiction.

Regulatory records connect the exact legal name and available identifiers to official registers or authority notices. They identify the services, jurisdiction, authorisation or registration dates and any material restriction in the reviewed sources. A brand can have several records with different outcomes.

The consultation date appears on each entity record. Register snapshot dates, record update dates and report generation dates remain separate. Automatic source collection detects document changes; updating a regulatory finding requires review of the exact entity and its scope.

An authorisation can coexist with an operating restriction. An archived AML registration is not a current MiCA licence. Where official sources disagree, both observations remain visible; where a permission has not been established, the record describes the research gap without labelling the company unlicensed.

The directory contains 79 provider names. Of these, 8 have correspondence dossiers covering 15 named legal entities and 28 source records.

The correspondence dossiers and downloadable PDFs document company identity, postal addresses and contacts. Entity-specific regulatory records are presented separately on the profile and are not included in these address PDFs. No overall risk rating, reputation score or absence-of-incidents assessment is assigned.

A catalogue entry without a dossier means that research is not available here. A missing regulatory record does not mean that a provider is unlicensed. An official register link by itself is not proof of authorisation; the exact entity record and its scope must match.
